You know we need home printers to work so quit stalling and trying to upsell, that is a pressure / bullying tactic — give us the fix to this problem or send us NEW printers (not refurbished lemons, we did not have any problems before HP pushed the update without warning). Your supervisor says with the modest gift card HP offered after HOURS of calls and chats, I could buy a “lesser model.” WHY should I have to do that? You broke it, you fix it, or send the latest NEW model to us!!! Give us the dignity and respect of a response!

QuestionIs the print head on the printer replaceable by the customer? I have a very nice HP printer that the print head needs to be replaced, but it will need to be serviced by HP. Most likely the cost will be close to the cost of buying a new printer.

- Answer The Envy Inspire 7955e printer uses the 64 ink cartridges which have the print head built into the cartridge itself so every time you get new ink cartridges, you will be changing the print heads.

- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. You are not obligated to join the HP Instant Ink program, where you get a 6-month trial on any of the HP Instant Ink monthly plans to print. You can opt-out. And still, buy ink cartridges.

- Answer HP: Read your own HP Community! Google this! The power cycle and cartridge, jam, other basic troubleshooting does NOT work for ANY users! HP acknowledges this! The touchscreen is inoperable, “blue screen of death”! Nor will HP App provide a fix. Geek Squad says we cannot fix a hardware issue and they will not contact HP on my behalf for a fix!, they say bring it in and we will partially credit you to upsell to a new model! HP tech supervisor “Reborn” promised to call me back at 9 AM this morning but did not. HP: YOU BROKE IT, YOU FIX IT!!!
