“when I readed the manual it say 2 memory slots and the hp team says their is only one which is the correcter one”

There is only 1 RAM slot. Someone above stated there is 2 USB and 1 Ethernet port. That is wrong, there are 3 USB ports, 2 type "A" ports and 1 type "C" port. There is NO Ethernet port.

As long as you have at least 8GB of RAM the performance should be acceptable until the next bloatware comes out ... er ... I mean Chrome-de-jour or Windows XI.
