Is this a good computer for a college student? null

Depending on if your jus using it for papers and research. or that and gaming i would go with a different one with a better graphics card

Probably some people may like it but I do nor recommend it since it sticks,overheats,shut down on you,says my pic ran into a problem

Yes, but make sure they are OK with the size. Nice large screen but might be a tad heavy.
