Q: Questionwhat upgrade options does this have? how many RAM slots does it have, what is the max supported RAM, and is there an M.2 SSD slot? on HP's website they have the AMD a12 version of this, and it has a M.2 boot drive. is that also on this AMD FX variant?

Q: QuestionDoes this laptop has M2.2280, PCIe 3×4SS, NVMe, SSD Slot I red the manual that its only available with the ones coming with AMD A9-9410 processor and I have the one with AMD FX-9800P my question is there a slot for M.2 SSD for further upgrade or not?

Q: Questionjust purchased this laptop 2 weeks ago all of a sudden h screen is showing some color around the edges a hue of color on the screen goes to sleep mode after sitting only a few minutes? probably taking it back today. Has anyone else had this problem.

Q: Questiondid anyone find their ac power adapter getting very hot while charging thislaptop? is this normal. From my previous two laptops I know that the ac adapters do get warm when connected to wall power for long time periods. but this is hottest in comparisons.

• A:Answer When I purchased this laptop it came with Windows 10 . It offered WIndows office for 1 year, however I skipped that and purchased the Home and Student 2016 Office with Word, Excel, Power Point and OneNote since I planned to have this laptop for awhile and it would be less expensive that way. This would be a good laptop for a student, in my opinion. The Best Buy sales people are extremely helpful and can also help you choose a good laptop.

• A:Answer yes. ive done light autocad work on computers much less powerful than this, it should handle it without too much trouble. although my use case could be less intensive than yours, so the only way to truly find out would be to try it. worst case scenario you return it.

• A:Answer It has a standard SD card reader built in and have had no issue with 4 year old stick used to transfer Data. If you have a smaller SD (Mini or micro), the adapter works fine to. External Seagate should be fine if USB, drive might need external power depending on type of drive and port used.

• A:Answer I haven't tried this, but I believe you're supposed to take the keyboard out from the top. There isn't really a bottom cover that comes off.
