As with every laptop, you need to do regular software and hardware maintenance. This means cleaning your computer vents with compressed air and even removing components that are hard to reach with the compressed air. For software maintenance, download the free softwares: Malwarebytes, Spybot, CC Cleaner. Make sure you defragment your machine after you run those programs. If the problem is not resolved, you may have a faulty HDD drive. However, 99% of the time, you will need to run those programs due to malware on your computer.
