“What is the highest level of graphics this system could handle? For example a modded Skyrim on Ultra or The Witcher 3 on High settings, would those run smoothly?”

• The Intel HD 620 graphics will NOT play these games even on low. You need a dedicated video card to play those games.

• I wouldnt play any graphics intensive games with this laptop. Those require a dedicated graphics card and this computer doesn't have that. If you are trying to play flash games, or games on facebook, that type of stuff, you will be fine.
