This laptop will run all of those programs. As for games, it will run most last generation games at 60fps in low settings. Older games such as those listed will run with no issue.

I had to download several updated files in order to make the program compatible with a newer Windows OS. I would suggest that you conduct a web search to gather info on making your old software compatible with Windows 10.
