I am having the same exact issues and I have returned it and tried seeing if maybe another one would work but again I get the same messages about the drivers and the same screen issue that you mentioned!

Though, out of curiosity, I put my laptop to sleep and this exact thing did happen to me as well. In addition, I do constantly get display driver issues when surfing the web. I didn't know this was happening to everyone! wow, I really hope they fix this issue :(
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. We had issues with the display driver at first as well. To resolve the issue simply go to the device manager and update the driver for the graphics card. Since the update we haven't had any issues with the graphics card.

I haven't gotten a blank screen yet. I am not quite sure what to do with the laptop because I love the rest of the laptop. There's no point in struggling with it though if the laptop has these issues. I might exchange and if that doesn't work I'll be forced to purchase a laptop that isn't HP.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes- I am having the same problems you described. Disappointing considering the quality of this device overall. I do not have a solution but I think it has to do with the Windows 10 os because I am having the same issue using the Microsoft Edge browser that comes pre-installed. Hopefully, they will correct these bugs when an update to the os comes out.
