QuestionCan you use the HDMI port for a device such as a firestick to watch tv on it?

- Answer No you cannot. The firestick basically has a "broadcast" hdmi for a TV. The laptop has the same thing and the signal comes from the laptop graphic card for broadcast too.

QuestionThunderBolt (TB)? Important, deal breaker for me if no. ThunderBolt not listed here under overview, description, spec.s, or from manufacturer info. If no ThunderBolt, I will be surprised since all HP Envy models I've seen have it in recent years @ BB

QuestionI purchased this computer (Model:15M-DR1011DX SKU:6364576) in part because the website states that it has an RGB keyboard. I can turn backlighting Bright/Soft/Off but I cannot figure out how to change the color. HP & BB Chat were no help. Can you help me?

- Answer We apologize for any confusion. We can verify that this laptop does not have an RGB keyboard. The keyboard will only light up in white. QuestionThe office 365 - does it need to be reinstalled after some time ? What are all the list of essential softwares that we need to install after purchase ? Or, we can simply download off the net ? I use word processing and other MSoft basic s/w a lot .
