QuestionI accidently spilled juice on my keyboard. It works and is fine, but my spacebar is sticky on the bottom. So I have to press the space with extra pressure. Can I pop off the spacebar key to clean it and it will go back on fine?

- Answer It can be done, but it takes some experience to know how much force is too much when replacing the cap, or you have to be very, very careful to prevent causing more damage. A repair shop should be able to do it pretty quickly and inexpensively.

QuestionWhat is needed (besides a second monitor and HDMI cable) to be able to use this as a two monitor setup? Can I just buy a second monitor and plug in and have two monitor usage or does it only project as a single monitor to the external monitor?

- Answer Just connect the second monitor to the laptop. Then in the Windows display settings, make sure it is set to extend the displays instead of mirror them. Then you will have two separate monitors.

QuestionIs the battery replaceable without prying the computer apart? i.e. is there a back plate held in place by screws that can be removed to replace the battery when it starts to go bad?

- Answer - turn on your/this ltop. - click the pretty skyblue circular button with the '?' inside in the system tray [there when 1st set-up ; otherwise called 'hp support assist']. - the upper-left tile states the product and serial numbers. - click 'Specifications ' inside said tile... - resulting screens reveals '15m-ed1013dx'. - No, of cource w10 doesn't bother to make a system call to the hp bios to inquire, "who are you", that you would expect in the 'About' lookup... [windows is only 35 yold, it's not fully mature yet...]

- Answer I just got a Bluetooth/USB mouse but I only use it connected by Bluetooth it works great and you can use your USB ports for other devices or external memory... I have the same computer as well...

QuestionHP answered RAM upgrade question & said there were 2 slots with 4gb each that could be upgraded to 8 each/16gb total. Went to buy RAM on the Crucial site and put in my model 15m-ed1013dx and it states RAM is soldered. Anyone know answer for sure?!?

- Answer Crucial does not have accurate information on the HP Envy x360 15m-ed1013dx. I have had my own laptop open, and the RAM is not soldered. I'm currently fighting to upgrade to a 1tb samsung SSD and Corsair Vengeance 16 gb ram, it hasn't been going well...

- Answer you need to go to control panel sound look at the output for sound. it normally happens when you plug in the speakers or head set try a headset to see if they work. You can go to BestBuy and they will help or call HP support you in general get 1 year warranty.

- Answer The input range on the power supply should be 100 - 240 then you would need the converter where you plug in the wall for that country. Hope this help you can but a power supply for the laptop for that country it would come with the correct wall plug.
