QuestionI have an older model Envy 360 (at least 5-6 years old, maybe more). It had problems with the battery expanding and weak hinges. I had to replace the battery 2x so far. Any battery problems with this model? And how strong are the hinges?

- Answer Can't attest to the battery as I've only had mine a bit more than a month. I can say I'm very pleased with battery life in general. The hinges seem to be pretty robust. I don't do a lot of tablet mode stuff, but when I do the hinges show no sign of looseness or over flex. I considered a Lenovo Yoga before the Envy and it was the hinges that made me get the HP. I also own an ASUS Chromebook that flips and the hinges on that, while very good, aren't up to the HP.

QuestionI already have MS Office on another HP laptop that this laptop will replace. Can I transfer that software to this laptop and avoid having to purchase new software? And, if so, does the 90 days of support include helping me with that transfer?
