Q: QuestionWhere can I buy a case for this laptop? I haven't found any specifically made for it.

• A:Answer If you're looking for a "hard shell" case, I'm not aware of any designed for it, and those type of cases need to fit the specific profile of the computer. If you're looking for a simple sleeve or carrying case, any one designed for a 15 or 16 inch laptop will work.

• A:Answer No, it comes with Windows Home. But you can upgrade it to the Pro version if you have a license. I did and was able to upgrade without any issues.

Q: QuestionThe question wasn't can I replace the SSD drive with a upgrade, because I figured I could upgrade it. The question was is there an M.2 NVMe slot. A simple yes it will support an M.2 NVMe SSD disk, and the size 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, etc, would have been good.

• A:Answer The Geek Squad charges $40 for the installation plus the cost of the 2 TB SSD. Of course, the cost of the 2 TB SSD is going to vary based on manufacturer and product specifics. However, obtaining the price might require some minimal effort on your part and can easily be found on the Best Buy website under "Hard Drives, SSD's, & Storage". If this were any easier, even a caveman could do it. I am sure that if you require even further assistance, The Geek Squad would happily provide that for you.

• A:Answer I like this laptop but battery life is pretty low. When I use it for basic stuff the battery lasts only about 2-3 hours. If you need something with a longer battery life you can either get a chromebook or get an external battery pack you can supplement the laptop's battery with. Also carry around the charging cord so you can plug in when you can.
