It looks like it should be enough, but I'm not seeing enough information on 4k editing to say for sure. What you'll want to do is to contact the Adobe support team and ask them if a computer with these same specs (Intel Evo platform with a 12th gen i7, 16 gigabytes of RAM, and Intel Iris Xe graphics) is enough to do 4k editing.
