• You'll have to go directly through Dell, but this laptop is defective so you'll need that warranty. Dell warranties are typically $150 for a 4-year warranty plan. Accidental not included in the price.

• If a product is bought in the US. Most likely, getting is serviced in India will be a nightmare. I would not recommend getting it from the US if it will be in India permanently.
