• Yes absolutely, it will upgrade once you get all hooked into your new laptop.........it will be really easy, HP will ask you if you want your free download now....and you stay, "yes, Ma'am< and away you go.....I like Windows 10, so far............Thanks Maybelline, ....Deuce
