Refurbished products ship with the same items shipped with the original product, and may include either the standard HP warranty, limited warranty, or no warranty.

Q: QuestionIf I dont like this laptop, can it be returned to the store?Considering I can not try this laptop first, if I dont like it, can it be returned to the local store for a full refund?

Simply bring the laptop to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase and ID, and we will process your return or exchange.
