- Answer Yes, if you have the laptop shipped and you decide it's not to your likings you have 15 days to return or exchange the laptop. You can take it to your local store to receive a full refund. Simply bring the laptop to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase and ID, and we will process your return or exchange.
