• Yes, it has the mouse pad and I'm sure u could install a USB mouse also. I use the mouse a lot as well as the touch screen.

• Yes. You may use a mouse with the laptop even though it's a touchscreen. You can buy a wireless mouse to connect to it.just make sure the mouse is compatible with the windows software you are using on your laptop.
