“It has any scratchs, marks that could show that it's a refurbished item?”

• Mine showed no signs of being refurbished. It's supposed to come with 6gb of ram but mine only had 2gb. If you get this laptop, check the ram.

• Since this is Geek Squad Certified Refurbished, HP only has information on manufacturer refurbished models. I recommend contacting the Geek Squad for information on the refurbishing.
