Came to me in a large box with proper foam surrounding it from damage. My box was a bit dented from the delivery services but product arrived without damage. Only issue I had with my purchase was it would not power up after 1 month from purchase. I always buy an affordable 1 year warranty on refurbished items in case of issues like this. Peace of mind for me. first time I had to use it for a Bust Buys purchase. Geek Squad replaced and fix at no cost to me. Runs like when I first got it out of the box.
