• You can login to the insta-ink account or the hp account and change it to something else. I hope this helps.

• I have found the Instant Ink Chat line to be very helpful in this regard. I have previously used them with great satisfaction.

• Call the customer service number and they will cancel it & re-order the correct ink cartridges!! Good luck!!
