• A:Answer Hello and thank you for asking. The HP Color LaserJet Pro 4210dw is only rated up to 61lb. cover stock (163 grams/square meter), where the current HP OfficeJet Pro printers are rated up to 110 lb. cover stock (300 grams/square meter).

• A:Answer Thank you for the question. Until the cyan, magenta, and yellow cartridges are replaced, you will not be able to print anything in color. You can print in "black only" mode if any of the colors are depleted, but you will get a reminder to replace the color cartridge ASAP.
