- Answer I personally would stick with the genuine HP cartridges. I bought the 210X High yield as You can print up to 7500 pages with the Black Cartridge and up to 5500 with the color cartridges. I got the 210X for $149 for the Black and $189 for the color on the Bay. The 210A will yield approximately 2000 pages for the Black and 1800 for the color cartridges. I found the Original HP cheapest on the Bay.

- Answer Thank you for the question. The LaserJet Pro 4301fdw has an automatic document feeder. You'd only need to raise the scan bed cover to scan a single page from the scan bed, or clear a jam in the document feeder. The approximate height of the printer with the scan bed cover opened would be 28.1 inches (the printer's depth measurement of 15.4 inches and the height measurement with the cover closed- 12.7 inches).

QuestionWhy does the printer keep removing /disabling the scan to PC option from the printer itself? I uninstalled and reinstalled all software, have the latest drivers, and it keeps disabling it. It is on network by ethernet. I have to keep clicking enable.

- Answer Apologies for what you're experiencing. If the feature disables itself, it could indicate a miscommunication between the printer and the HP software on the computer. The "Scan to PC" function depends on the HP Smart App or Full Solution Software being installed on the connected PC. Verify the following: The Scan to PC Activation App is running on your computer. (Look for an HP icon in the system tray indicating the service is active.) In the HP Scan Settings Utility, confirm the "Enable Scan to Computer" option is checked and configured to start automatically when the computer boots. Sometimes, firewall or antivirus software on your PC can block the "Scan to PC" service. Add the following HP programs to your firewall's or antivirus's whitelist: hpqscnvw.exe, hpqste08.exe, hpqcopy.exe, and. HP Network Communicator services. If these solutions do not work and you continue to have problems, please contact HP Support at 800-474-6836 to assist.

- Answer Thank you for the question. You should be able to use 8.5 x 11" polyester label sheets marked for use with laser printers, up to 163 g/m². Load them in the multi-purpose tray (50-sheet capacity) for a simpler paper path and less chance of jamming.

- Answer Hello and thank you for your question. As a laser printer, the HP LaserJet Pro 4301fdw Printer does not offer full bleed borderless printing on any size paper. There will be a 4.23mm print margin on A4 paper.
