- Answer I believe you can pick that as your default folder in the scanning software, but I would recommend coping to Drop box with all data just in case it gets encrypted by some ransomware infected by you or another computer you share right to that dropbox with.

- Answer Yes it can print legal size. Manual feed or Tray 2 (note tray 2 will stick out from the front of the printer about 2 inches with legal paper loaded)

QuestionDoes this printer require 2 toner cartridges? One for b/w and one for color? If so, will it print with only b/w cartridge installed?

- Answer It actually requires 4 toner cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, yellow). I'm not sure if it will actually be able to print if you do not physically have the 3 color ones installed, but you can certainly configure it to print in just grayscale or monochrome (pure b/w)... An initial set of the 4 toner cartridges is included in the retail package and they come pre-installed inside the printer..

- Answer While I have not tried this personally, I do not see why it would not. The color printing quality on this printer is awesome, compared to the competition like Samsung and Brother. The color prints have been very clear and crisp.

- Answer Whereas I have not used vinyl material I believe it will if the "vinyl" is marked for inkjet or Laser material. Try it with your material - bring a sample to your Bestbuy and try it.

- Answer yes, hp has very units capable and a wide format unit as well. as for the dual function capability identified--no owner has to select the tray for the paper item.
