A:Answer You get an instruction sheet telling you to go to HP 123 and download, answer a raft of questions, etc. I tried this over and over for 4 hours, got a friend to help, thought we had it and then discovered it will only work with a USB cable, not wirelessly. I couldn't get any help from Best Buy by phone or online, HP chat didn't work, and in the end I got so sick of the whole endeavor that I uninstalled and reinstalled my old printer and it works. So I am returning the M 404n today. Be careful, though. If you don't return it within 15 days of purchase, you won't get your money back (only store credit). There is no provision for coronavirus delays even if the store wasn't open.
