Mine has frozen up before, I’ve turned it off and back on at which times this has worked. Also I’ve redone my WiFi connections and that also has fixed it.

First I would wonder if the printer is showing as connected to the router by logging into the routers I.P. address and viewing connected devices. Then I would try to print or scan from another device, maybe a phone or tablet. The issue could be as simple as opening a few firewall ports, or renaming a corrupted file on your PC. Could also be as major as a power surge. I would reach out to HP for Technical support if you have issues with it. 800-HP-Invent.
