      Hello BoogeyMan, thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I appreciate your feedback and I apologize for the unsatisfactory experience. HP products generally have a year warranty. I understand you have successfully connected your printer to a wireless network, but the connection drops. When the printer loses its connection, the printer goes offline and you cannot print from your Windows 10. I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue with our phone support. If you've been experiencing ongoing intermittent loss of network connectivity, then first update the printer firmware.
