MFP M477fnw works fine as a regular printer and copier. The only problem is it does not do automatic duplex (double sided) printing as is advertised on the HP website and on the Best Buy website. To scan I had to download an App from the APPS store, HP Easy Scan. My computers are all Apple Products. If the unit sets too long after scanning it times out and the only way I could to get it to scan again is to shut it off and turn it back on again. The unit works good as an air printer from my iPad. I don't know a thing about Google Apps for Business.
