A:AnswerThat volume of printing is certainly within this printers duty cycle. You would be buying a black toner roughly every month and color every 2-3 months based on your usage. You may want to look at our PageWide 577 model which is capable of doing over 10,000 pages on the black cartridge.
A:AnswerOne with the USB cable. However, you can connect as many computers as your network allows, even phones and tablets since this can be connected to your network (Ethernet or WiFi).
A:AnswerIf you mean "can it print in wireless operation using remotely located laptops, desktops and tablets", the answer is yes. That is how my home system is setup, using wireless printer connection to my home network.
A:AnswerBob;
Based on my 23 years as a technician, I can say for a fact that it will not print on carbonless invoices. The reason is it lacks the kind of print-head that would force the impression on the page to go through both pages. You need a heavy-duty print-head to get it done.
The other issue would be the thinness of the paper itself. I would figure it would jam all the time. Again, another set back.
Best of luck.
A:AnswerThere is a tray 1 that pulls out in the very front. The tray door opens at an angle toward you, and you place your letter sized paper in it. There is also a support panel that can be pulled up to support the paper. The printer setup will allow the machine to sense the paper size when printing documents and will pull paper from tray 1 or tray 2 based on paper size.
A:AnswerYes it does, but you need to have an Outlook account activate on your computer to use it. If you use Outlook, there's a very easy option to scan and email. If you don't have Outlook, it's a great feature that you'll not be able to use :(
A:AnswerThe document feeder will scan legal size paper, with single-pass double-sided scanning options. This printer does not PRINT duplex though, only scan. You would need the M477fdw variant to have both features.
