• You would need a newer computer with at least a 1060 to run Windows Mixed Reality Ultra.

• It will run but will be a limited experience. The minimum requirements for mixed reality ultra (access to steam games) is a Nvidia GTX 970

• Yes, it should. However, the performance on my HP Envy laptop (i7, GTX940M) was not as good as when I ran it on my regular PC (i7, GTX1060.)
