Sounds like a bad printer head or carts.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you buy a "no name" brand? I have found this happens if I don't buy the proper ink made by the maker of the printer. This happened with a Kodak printer and a Lenox as well that I had in the past. Both times it ended up ruining the printers after a while. And all just to save a few bucks. In the future I will only but HP ink made by HP for the printer. Hope this helps.
