A:AnswerIt's a push button action. Just push it in until you hear a click & it's in. The same to take it out. Push in until you hear the click & then release. It comes right out.
A:AnswerYes it will. If you're running Windows the drivers should be preinstalled. If you're not, the ones that come on the cd with the printer will connect the devices.
A:AnswerNo you do not need a second land line for fax. As long as you have one land line you can fax. You just wont be able to use your line when you are faxing if I remember correctly until the fax has went through. I do also know that there is a way to set it up if you have a mobile device that you can set up fax through that. I am not fully sure how as I am looking into that myself but that could always be a option also.
A:AnswerSimply open the copier/scanner cover, lay the book on the glass and either scan or copy the page you want. Don't look at the open glass area while operating the copier/scanner.
A:AnswerNope. Needs a dialtone. You can scan in an item and have it e-mailed to you, and you can then forward the item, which is what I just did. Takes only moments. Faster than a fax, actually...
A:AnswerProper photo printing has as much to do with the program you use to print those pictures as it does with the printer. For the printer, be sure to remove your standard paper and gently move the grey size adjusters toward the center until it just snugs up to the photo paper. Feed it in portrait (like your regular paper), not landscape.
A:AnswerDo you have your paper in the smaller photo paper area, and have it adjusted so that it is holding the paper in there properly ? Also, check you printer settings to that it is not on "black ink only".
