“Hi : Purchased HP Office Jet Pro 6968 , 2 for 1 Instant Ink enrollment card because it said printer was eligible, signed up at HP, put in enrollment key & claim code , a message keeps coming on stating printer is not eligible.since 2/20/17.Help!”

I'm not sure what I did when I got started, but I do know that I've got an account with hpinstantink.com. I believe when I hooked my HP OfficeJet up it gave me the option to sign up for it and I had no problems. Sorry I can't be of more help.
