try checking what is in the print queue, delete what is ever in there. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. If you have the disc still that will be the easiest way to install it, but if not you will have to do to HP website make sure that you download the driver for the right OS and bit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This may sound strange, but have you checked the ink cartridges to make sure there aren't any plastic paper over the ink heads? Printer ink always ships with some form of paper over the ink heads so that the ink doesn't leak. I know many people that had problems with printing and found that they had forgotten to take off the paper. If this is not the case, you can always open up the HP Printer Assistant (that is included in the printer software) to troubleshoot.
