A:AnswerI recently had to print photos for a Funeral of a family member. The photo quality was not very good, the photos seemed to have lines through them every couple of inches or so. I did not buy this printer to print photos and would not recommend it for that purpose.
A:AnswerNo, the HP 920 ink cartridges are only compatible with these printers: HP Officejet 6500 - E709a (CB815A#B1H) ; HP Officejet 6000 - E609a (CB051A#B1H) ; HP Officejet 6500 Wireless - E709n (CB057A#B1H) ; HP Officejet 6500A - E710a (CN555A#B1H) ; and HP Officejet 7500A Wide Format - E910a (C9309A#B1H).
A:AnswerI doubt if you'll find anyone else who had/has your old printer and bought this new one. That said, my husband, I, and engineer son-in-law all spent hours looking at reviews and specs of good mid-range home printers. This seemed to be the best and had the options we wanted for the gift we were giving. It does photos, duplex, wireless, has a touch screen etc. Our daughter's only had it since Christmas, but she's very happy with it. Shopping for printers is no fun, but I'd strongly consider this one , if it lines up with your needs.
A:AnswerHello and thanks for your question! The HP 9015 and 9015e are the same printer physically. The 9015e qualifies for the HP+ program. The HP+ program offers 6 months of free printing and an additional 1 year of warranty. After the FREE 6 months, HP Instant Ink Plans range from $.99 a month for 15 pages, $2.99 for 50 pages, $4.99 for 100 pages, $11.99 for 300 pages, and $24.99 for 700 pages per month.
A:AnswerIt comes with ink cartridges in the box and you can subscribe to hp so that you never run out. They will mail your ink cartridges only when you’re running low, not by the month.
A:AnswerHello, I just tried this. It will scan all pages, when you're ready to save them to a folder, it will name all pages the ONE title you give the initial page, with a page number behind it. For example... After you scan, you save them to your desktop as "Loan Documents". All consecutive pages will be labeled "Loan Documents 1"... "Loan Documents 2", Loan Documents 3" etc.... Lets say you want to rename the 5th page (Which will be given the name "Loan Documents 5" from the original scan, you'll have to right click on it and change the name once its saved on your computer.
The scanner will separate all pages and let you rename AFTER you've saved the scan to your computer. But will not let you save each scanned page under different names WHILE you are saving the scans to your computer. Hope that's not confusing... Its really not a tedious process unless you're attempting 200 pages at a time...
Hope this helps
A:AnswerThanks for your question! The difference is the HP 9015e includes HP+. Our HP+ printers include 6 months of free HP Instant Ink cartridge delivery and an additional year of warranty (2 years total), when you connect it to the internet and opt-in to these programs during the setup process using the HP Smart app and your HP account.
A:AnswerHello, HP has a specific line of printers to be used with sublimation ink called the HP STITCH series. Printers use either thermal (heat) technology or piezo (pressure) technology. Micro piezo printheads are required for sublimation ink. Thermal printers will not work with sublimation ink. Thank you for being an HP customer!
A:AnswerCard stock is a very heavy type of paper, like what you'd commonly find in index cards and other heavy items. Because the print heads are separate from the ink cartridges, you will not be able to print if you have only black ink installed. The ink also acts as a lubricant for the printheads as they move across the paper, so running them "dry" would be like driving a car without oil-it would quickly wear the printheads out, and replacing them is a significant portion of the cost of just buying a new printer.
