- Answer Unfortunately, I have no idea. However, I bought my laptop in Reading, Pennsylvania the same week you posted this and it was on the $200 sale. You'll just have to keep surfing for it. On top of the $200 I applied and got accepted for their platinum card which gave me $120 in store credit. Play your cards right and you'll get good deals!

QuestionI've tried running some Bethesda games on this . Skyrim SE, and Fallout New Vegas are the only two to have worked so far; Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 both crash after I launch them on Steam. What about this laptop is causing the crash it and is it fixable?

- Answer The 300hz is obviously faster. This would depend on if you are strictly using this as a gamer. I am fully a gamer and the 300hz for me is the way to go.

- Answer My 12y/o son uses it with his Oculus Quest 2 via Steam. He has encountered no bottlenecks, lagging or compatibility issues. He’s hard to impress, but he LOVES the performance of this HP Omen 15 with his OQ2 jacked in to a USB A 3.0 port..I thought he should’ve got a USB C to USB C cable to mate with his Oculus Quest 2, but his generic cable works just great. He also play non-VR PC games like Fortnight and a whole bunch of contemporary titles and this bad boy screams without a hitch. This is a bargain, gaming laptop spaced to meet optimal VR requirements on anything he’s played so far. It’s my laptop, but my gamer boy gets the most use out of it.

- Answer Yes. If the battery is only lasting an hour on a full charge, there is a problem somewhere in the system. Your best option is to contact the HP support team to have them troubleshoot the problem. If it's not a defective battery but you buy a replacement, it will have the same problems you're having currently.

QuestionI saw the Omen 15 2020 at bestbuy and I love it. However, there is a big Screen Flex and screen looks really weak. Is it going to be an issue by the time goes? Do I have to be carful if I owned one? Is it going to affect the screen in the long run?

- Answer Yes, there is a screen flex. But this has yet to be an issue and I've owned my for two weeks and traveled with it in a backpack. As long as you take care of it, you will be fine. I believe it is designed that way to have a slight curve in the center, making things easier on your eyes.

- Answer 512 GB is enough unless you want to keep 100 game titles at once. The machine is very powerful and takes care of everything you throw at it

- Answer The computers come preconfigured, so it will have 16. However, your Best Buy Geek Squad would be able to quote you a price for having the RAM increased before you pick it up.
