“Is it me or whenever I try and open games in this laptop it always gives me an error about the drivers needing an upgrade or needed to be removed physically ? Still trying to fix it. Anyone ever encountered error same as mine ?”

Just a software upgrade. Do the windows updates and the HP hub updates. If that does not work then look at directly doing the drivers, most likely the graphics.
