“Does anyone know the m.2 slot lengths/sizes? 40, 60, 80? 512 isn't going to be enough and I'd like to have a 2tb to put in when this gets delivered. Want to make sure I order the right thing.”

M.2 2280 fits just fine. There are TWO M.2 slots, so if you're going to use the second one, make sure to peel the plastic protective film from the inside of the heat spreader.
