• Hi Brian, thank you for asking. The Omen 9R640UA specification does not list the fan noise in decibels, but generally, it can be 30 to 50 decibels under normal load. Proper cooling with more intensive tasks will invoke more fan use and increase the noise level. Keeping vents clean, using a cooling pad, and adjusting power settings can help reduce fan noise.
