• I did both. I upgraded the memory. Viking of coarse. I added a second HDD. 1TB.

• Hi Stephen, thank you for asking. Yes, you can upgrade the RAM to 32GB and yes, you can update the SSD to one of great capacity. Please visit your local Best Buy for advice about their selection of DDR4 RAM and compatible M.2 PCIe NVMe SSDs.
