Can the RAM and storage be upgraded in this model? null

Hello, and thank you for the question! This HP Omen 25L Gaming Desktop supports up to 128 GB of DDR5-5200 MHz RAM (32 GB x4). For storage, there are 3 M.2 slots (1 for WLAN; 2 for SSD, each currently occupied by a 1 TB SSD) and 2 internal 3.5" HDD slots available in the Expansion Bays. While it is possible to upgrade the storage and RAM on the desktop yourself, we suggest upgrades be performed by the I.T. Specialists at your local Best Buy's Geek Squad to avoid installation complications.

The answer provided by the team is incorrect. There is a single 3.5 storage bay, buyt more importantly, there is only 1 SATA port on the motherboard.
