“Does anyone know if this monitor can scale to 2160p while playing on a PS4 Pro? My current LG27850 monitor picks up the HDMI 2.0 from my ps4 pro as 2160p even though it is a 1440p monitor”

Just in case anyone runs into the same issue as me, the above HP information appears to be incorrect. Over HDMI I could only get 144hz to work, so I decided to check the official product manual on HP's website and it states that 165hz is only available over Display Port. Though this is nothing to worry about as it comes with a Display Port cable which most GPUs can use. Information found on page 25 of the following PDF. http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06636426

No playstation can do 1440p. I think you'll end up at 1080 and that would be infuriating. The Xbox does 1440p though.

Here is the maximum resolution of this monitor: Maximum resolution • 2560 x 1440 @ 165Hz (Display Port) • 2560 x 1440 @ 165Hz (HDMI)
