So my pc I just got won’t turn off, do I need to hold the button press it multiple times? I have to unplug it to get it to turn off null

Go to the Start/Windows button (bottom left corner, it’s in your task bar) and then click the power button on screen. It’ll give you options to shut it off, restart, or put in sleep mode. Select to shut it off, and then it will take a few seconds to power down.

There should be a power button on the top of the device, which should be held for 3 seconds to power off. If that doesn’t work, then contact Best Buy customer support and they could possibly help.
