• Yes but the board only supports 3 drives (sata connections). The model I have (30L) came with two already (1 SSD, and 1HDD) so if you get the same model you would either have to add one or replace the HDD it comes with. The trays pop right in and out and comes with retaining pins instead of screws so swapping should take you less than 5 minutes.

• You will need to buy an external DVD drive there is no provision for an internal optical drive.
