HP is supposed to have an upgrade option for water-cooling you can see it in some of the promotional pictures. They use a Cooler Master 120mm all in one water cooler with an OMEN logo on the water block but it is made by Cooler Master. https://landing.coolermaster.com/pages/hpomen/

Yes, you can add a liquid cooling system to the computer. It's impossible to recommend one without knowing your budget, the amount of cooling you need, and other factors. The Geek Squad can advise you on the best one to add for your particular situation.
