• You can adjust the speed of the fans to reflect the needs, my temps are generally in the 90s to lower 100s

• I’d recommend installing a liquid cooler. My gaming temps average about are now at 50c and 30c in idle. The cpu does run hot.

• "Loud" is going to be subjective-an acceptable amount of fan noise for one person may be too loud for another. However, the fans are configured to vary their speed based on the heat in the computer. There aren't any specific issues with the computer overheating.
