“Does this computer have Bluetooth? I tried connecting some wireless controllers and they wouldn't connect. The statistics page says it has Bluetooth 5.0 but when I got it says it doesn't have Bluetooth.”

This laptop does have Bluetooth, it might need to be turned on. Here's how to turn Bluetooth on or off in Windows 10: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Select the Bluetooth switch to turn it On or Off as desired.
