• Pretty much everything can be upgraded, yes. It only has two slots for RAM, and I think it can only go up to a total of 32GB of RAM (so you can do two 16GB sticks if you want). Processor and graphics can be upgraded.

• It’s unlucky because the 1250 was on sale for like a month for 950$ too and it came with better specs but I’d just recommend buying the 1250
