“Shouldn't this i5-12400F CPU boost to 4.4 ghz under appropriate conditions? That's the Intel spec. for its max frequency. On my unit, I've tested carefully, no cores ever boost above 3.99 ghz, even with Gaming Hub set to performance. See attached image.”
