Have not experienced that particular issue. Everything worked fine right out the box for us as far as connectivity..i believe Geek Squad could help you much better .

Check cords/ports to make sure they are firmly connected to the correct input source. In the unlikely event that there is a defect, please reach out to Support.HP.com for assistance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is not normal. I took mine to geek squad and was told that it was faulty. They made an attempts to fix the issue and it worked; however, it was fixed temporarily. I will have to return the gaming PC.
