“It seems to be pictured in the product images with a cooler fan on the bottom of roof but in customer images it isn’t there. I bought the computer hoping it would come with all the fans in the product images. Is that fan actually there?”

It depends, the top vent is used for the version with the AIO, but even then some images showcase an AIO (the pictures of mine did) and you will not recieve one. Mine came with neither the top fan (the vent was blocked off you have to open it yourself) nor the AIO.
